Do you accept insurance?

• We currently accept the following insurance plans:

  • Aetna

  • BCBSNC

  • HSA and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

  • Private Pay (Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate of Expected Charges)

Do you provide sliding scale or probono services?

• We are committed to providing services to clients who experience financial hardship. We are a participating member of Open Path Collective which provides middle and lower-income level individuals, couples, families, and children with access to affordable psychotherapy and mental health education services.

• We accept a limited number of clients per year, which fill quickly. Interested clients are required to apply at https://openpathcollective.org/client/registration/.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 24-hour notification is required for canceled appointments to avoid a no-show fee equal to the full session rate.
